When I was little, Mint Chocolate was always my favourite ice cream flavour. Nowadays I tend to go for sorbet, but I still love the mint chocolate flavour! The fact that I can still enjoy the flavour as a healthy meal is a dream come true, so here’s the recipe so you can do the same!
Free From:
- 250ml milk of choice (chocolate coconut or almond milk is great)
- 2 Scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Free From
- 1 teaspoon cacao powder (if using unflavoured milk)
- Dash of peppermint essence
- 1-2 scoops protein of choice
- Ice
Extras: try adding a few dark chocolate chips on the top for decoration! (Plus you get to eat them!)
Regular (non-free from) version:
- 250ml milk
- 2 Scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Mint Chocolate
- 1-2 Scoops protein of choice
- Ice
Optional: use water instead of milk if you’re using Protein Drink Mix. Milk and plenty of ice and great if you’re going for that ice cream feel!
